Delete your Ad Cockpit account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From the app

Open Ad Cockpit and go to Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email dogukanka95@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account record, including your email address and AdMob publisher ID
Your stored Google refresh token — and our access to your Google account is revoked
Your entire stored reporting history
Your alert history and your registered device tokens

Deletion completes within 30 days; encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation. Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts held for tax purposes, are retained for the period the law requires.

Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account. If you only uninstall Ad Cockpit, your stored data remains until you delete the account. You can also revoke our access on its own, without deleting anything, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
