Ad Cockpit ("the app") is operated by Doğukan Öztürk ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to delete it.

We do not collect your name, your address, your payment card, your contacts, your location, or the contents of your apps.
Ad Cockpit uses Google's official AdMob API. The access you grant is read-only: the app can read reporting figures and cannot create, change or delete anything in your AdMob account. We request only the scopes needed for that.
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all future data collection immediately.
Data obtained through Google APIs is used and transferred in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use this data only to provide and improve the features described above, we do not transfer it except as required to run the service or by law, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.
Your data is stored in the European Union. The application servers run on Microsoft Azure in Sweden Central, and the database is hosted by MongoDB Atlas in an EU region. Your Google refresh token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and the encryption key is held separately from the database. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed above.
The free version of Ad Cockpit shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it — including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising, using Google's User Messaging Platform, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the app's settings. On iOS you are separately asked whether the app may track you; if you decline, ads remain non-personalised. The Pro version shows no ads and does not load the advertising SDK at all.
Your AdMob earnings data is never used to target advertising, to you or to anyone else.
You can delete your account and everything associated with it from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by following the instructions at this page. Deletion removes your account record, your stored refresh token, your reporting history and your device tokens, and revokes our access to your Google account. It completes within 30 days; backups are purged on their normal rotation.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Ad Cockpit is a tool for app publishers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
